The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to any third party. We do not know who visits it. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked.

What the website collects

Nothing in your browser. The site is static files served from a content delivery network. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video or map, no chat widget, no font loaded from another domain, and no local storage of any kind.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for the operational purposes of serving traffic and investigating abuse. These logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

Emailing benj@rivoapp.ai means we hold your address and whatever you write, for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or share it.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply, we rely on legitimate interests for server logs (operating and securing the site) and for replying to correspondence you started. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
